Giving FAQs

What ways can I give?

There are many ways to give to PAM:

  • One-time and recurring gifts are simple to set up using a debit or credit card, or from a bank account.

  • Appreciated stock or Qualified Charitable Distributions may be arranged through the PAM office.

  • Restricted gifts to support specific areas of PAM and PAM events.

  • Hosting a special offering at your church during a special service or event.

  • Creating a budgeted gift for annual congregational support for PAM's day-to-day operations.

For questions or help with your gift, please contact Elizabeth Deibert, Development Manager, at 502.569.5288, ext. 7 or elizabeth.deibert@pcusa.org.

How do I leave a Legacy Gift to PAM?

Making a legacy gift from your estate is an intentional way of supporting the future ministry of the Presbyterian Association of Musicians. When PAM receives assets as a beneficiary under a will or trust after the donor's death, the gift is known as a "Legacy Gift." Legacy Gifts can be made from a variety of asset classes such as cash, securities, qualified retirement plan/ IRA assets, the death benefit from life insurance, or real estate.

To become a member of the Legacy Giving Society, please complete and submit your Donor Intention Form. This form guides the use of your Legacy Gift to PAM.

To include PAM in your plans, please use our legal name and Federal Tax ID:

1. Legal Name: Presbyterian Association of Musicians

2. Federal Tax ID Number: 58-1415015

Can I establish a named gift?

Donors may set up individually names funds in honor or memory of loved one(s), with Board approval, as outlined in the chart below:

Who manages the organization’s investments?

PAM’s investments are equally invested through and managed by the Presbyterian Foundation and the Texas Presbyterian Foundation. PAM’s Finance & Development Committee reviews the assets quarterly and annually. PAM maintains an established investment policy which guides the standards and asset allocations.

How do I become a PAM Sustainer?

PAM Sustainers provide monthly financial support to the Annual Fund to faithfully equip worship leaders to effectively lead authentic worship, foster community and relationship among worship leaders, and increase transformative experiences with God through intentional diversity in leadership and style. Your monthly gift continues this good work! Just select "monthly" from the frequency drop-down on the Give Now page and you too will be part of the PAM Sustainers network.
