Payment Policy​​​​​
Registrations must be paid in full within 30 days of the registration date or the registration will be cancelled. Please contact pam@travelink.com if you have additional questions.
​
All but $50 of the registration fee may be refunded through April 30th. After April 30th, no refunds will be issued without a doctor’s note that documents illness or significant hardship or risk in attending the conference. All cancellation requests must be in writing and received via email (pam@travelink.com) or U.S. Mail (Presbyterian Association of Musicians, 404 BNA Dr. Suite 650, Nashville, TN 37217). Payments by check will be refunded after the conclusion of the conferences (by July 31st). ​

Individual and Family Registration​

Each Adult must register individually with a unique email address.
Do not add another Adult registration as a guest.
All Adults need to register themselves with a unique email address.

Log in if you have set up your account in PAM’s system.

If you don’t know if you have an account, enter your email address in the New Users section.

If you are in the system, you will be asked to reset your password.

If you are not in the system, please create your password.
Group Registration

Groups are encouraged to register their Children, Middlers, Senior Highs, and Supporting Adults as Guests under the Group Leader’s registration. Registered guests will not receive preconference emails or daily notes during the conference. Please register individually if you want to receive these conference email communications.

The following registrations cannot be added as a guest:
o Adult Member or Non-Member registration (all Adults must register themselves).
o Anyone using a discount code (Scholarship recipients, Small Group Leaders…)

Upon registration be prepared to answer the following:
o Class preferences (Middlers and Senior Highs should fill out page two of the group form
to assist their Group Leader in registering for their desired classes)
o Do they want to read in worship, serve as an usher, or serve communion?
o Do they plan to participate in instrumental ensembles (SH and Middlers only)?
If so, please know the instrument and level of ability/experience.
o Do they plan to register for Advanced or Intermediate Handbells (SH only)?
If so, please know their level of ability, experience, and preferred bells.
o Grade completed in 2027 and t-shirt size, if ordering

When registering as part of a pre-defined Group, you will enter the Group Code as given to you by your Group Leader.

If you are a group leader and have not received a group code, please contact pam@travelink.com to request a code. Please provide your Church name and group leader name including the group leader’s email address and phone number.
Group Additions and Cancellations​​

All group additions and cancellations must be processed manually by PAM.

Please complete the Group Additions and Cancellations Form for each person.

Submit additions by January 22 for the early rate and April 22 for the regular rate.

Registrations will be processed in order of receipt.

Frequently Asked Questions
When does the conference begin and end?
The Worship & Music Conference is a one-week conference that takes place twice in two consecutive weeks. The conference begins with Opening Worship at 7:30 pm on Sunday, June 20th (Week 1) and Sunday, June 27th (Week 2). Conference Check-In will begin on Sunday, June 20th (Week 1) and June 27th (Week 2) from 2:00-5:00 pm and continue immediately following Opening Worship. The Conference will end with a Closing Concert beginning at 7:30 pm on Friday, June 25th (Week 1) and July 2nd (Week 2).

What options are available for children not registered for the conference?
Children younger than completed 3rd graders may not register for the conference; however, Montreat's regular Clubs & Childcare program (day camp and childcare) is available by pre-registration for children ages two years through high school. Clubs & Childcare fees are payable to Montreat Conference Center. Evening childcare is available at an additional charge. Registration is required for childcare and space is limited. Registration for Worship & Music Conference participants opens March 1, 2027. You are encouraged to register in early March and you must register at least 30 days in advance of the conference to guarantee enrollment in the program. Beginning in early October, you may visit Montreat Clubs & Child Care site for more information or call (828) 419-9837 with any questions.

Is lodging included in my registration?​
No, lodging and meals are not included in your registration. Arrangements for lodging and meals must be made separately from registration. You can arrange lodging with Montreat Conference Center, Montreat College, or with privately owned housing for rent. The PAM office does not make these arrangements.

Is a conference t-shirt included with my registration?
No, but shirts can be purchased separately for $20. T-shirts are no longer available online after May 1st. They can be purchased in limited supply at the Worship & Music Conference.​​
