Lodging & Meals
Conference Lodging must be booked separately from Conference Registration.
Lodging​

**Meal plans are now available through Montreat College for Week 2 of the Worship & Music Conference. To request meals and/or lodging, please email montreatconferenceservices@montreat.edu and include your name and the number of meal plans and lodging reservations you are requesting.**

Lodging is available through Montreat Conference Center, lodges, and private rentals in the town of Montreat OR hotels and private rentals in the town of Black Mountain (approx. 2 miles from Montreat Conference Center).

​Groups who have lodging through vacation rentals often have rooms available. Post a question to the PAM Connect Facebook group to possibly connect with a group that has room.

Meals​
Typically, groups staying in lodges or private housing cook their own meals. A limited number of meal plans are available for pre-purchase at the The Katherine McKay Belk Dining Room in the Assembly Inn. Commuters who want to purchase meals for The Katherine McKay Belk Dining Room will need to purchase a package for the whole week. Meal plans will be available for purchase beginning April 13, 2026 until they sell out or two weeks prior to the start of the conference, whichever comes first.

The Huckleberry Café, centrally located in the Montreat Conference Center Moore Center is waiting for you to visit. Serving 8 flavors of ice cream, coffee, espresso drinks, burgers, chicken, salad and fries. Plus, a small breakfast menu for those early birds. The Huckleberry will be open for both weeks of the Worship & Music Conference. Check the Montreat Conference Center Dining website frequently to be updated on the Huckleberry's Summer hours.

Meal plans are available for pre-purchase at Howerton Dining Hall at Montreat College. For week 2 only, commuters or groups staying elsewhere who want to purchase meals for the Howerton Dining Hall will need to purchase a package for the whole week. Requests to purchase a meal plan should be sent to montreatconferenceservices@montreat.edu.

Numerous restaurants and an Ingles Grocery are located near the Montreat Conference Center in the town of Black Mountain.
