Updated: 4 days ago

Have questions? Need help finding your classes? Look for directional signs at major foot-traffic points and volunteers in bright yellow vests. They will answer your questions and point you in the right direction.

Audition Results. The audition results for the adult and senior high chamber choirs, advanced handbell ensemble, and talent show will be available by 7:00 am today through the Yapp app and on our website at https://www.presbymusic.org/wmc/audition. You may pre-pay for your chamber choir packet ($16 for adults and $20 for senior highs) using the links below, so you don’t have to wait in line at Moore Center, Lower Level.

Talent Show Participants. All participants must attend a mandatory tech check today at 5:20 pm in Anderson Auditorium.

Exhibit Hall. Please visit the conference sponsors in the lobby of Anderson Auditorium. They are here to support you and the important ministry you do in your churches. Exhibitors will be available to connect with you at their booths as follows:

Week 1: Thursday 9:30 – 11:00 am & 6:30 – 8:30 pm, Friday 9:30 – 11:00 am & 6:30 – 9:30 pm, as well as Thursday evening at the dessert reception directly following the Chamber Concert.

2027 Art Installation. In 2027 the PAM Worship & Music Conference scriptures draw us to the expanse and mystery of God's presence through all generations. Called up by the scriptures, the art installation will consist of geometric shapes joining in harmonious pattern. To deepen its connection with those gathered for worship, it must be strengthened by your church's participation! Please pick up a piece of fabric from the PAM Office or from the Adult Art Class. It will include instructions for your congregation's participation in the art-making at your home church, which can be done anytime over the next year. Next year at Sunday Check-In, you will drop off your piece to be incorporated in the visual art in worship at the conference!

Transportation Assistance. If you have need of golf cart transport, please go to the PAM office to purchase a pass and sign the liability waver. Space is limited.

Conference App. You do not want to miss announcements, class and schedule changes, or information about pop up events! The best place to find all these things is via the Yapp App. Download Yapp from Google Play or the Apple Store. Use conference id WM26 to access the conference.

Drawing from decades of personal relationships with leaders such as John Lewis and others who worked alongside Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., this exhibit offers a unique glimpse into lives shaped by faith, courage, and reconciliation. The exhibit will be on display throughout both weeks of the Worship & Music Conference in the Presbyterian Heritage Center (Freeland Hall). Wade will be present daily from 12:15-1:15 pm to answer questions and share stories behind the collection.
