Communion. Today we celebrate the Eucharist by intinction. The communion servers will hand the piece of bread to the recipient who will dip their piece of bread into the cup. Communion servers will use hand sanitizer prior to serving, and you are encouraged to do the same. Exit your pew to the left; return to the right.
Bread that is free of gluten, milk, peanuts, fish, crustacean shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat will be offered at each station. Wafers free of gluten, wheat, dairy, nuts, egg, soy, and corn will be available at a single station at the front of the auditorium.
Communion Servers. Please remember to check in with Elizabeth Myers at 10:50 am.
Exhibit Hall. Please visit the conference sponsors in the lobby of Anderson Auditorium. They are here to support you and the important ministry you do in your churches. Exhibitors will be available to connect with you at their booths today, 9:30 – 11:00 am & 6:30 – 9:30 pm.
Conference Art Auction. This year, Anderson Auditorium has featured art created by Joel Schoon-Tanis (Artist in Residence). Some of the art will be available in an online auction next Friday, July 3rd starting at 6:00 am EDT, ending at 2:00 pm EDT. Winners will be notified immediately and must arrange payment in the PAM Office (Allen building, lower level) before 3:00 pm EDT. Cash, card, or check are accepted. Art will be collected by the winners at the end of the conference . All proceeds benefit the PAM Annual Fund. View the auction here.
2027 Interest Session Submissions. Interested in presenting at the 2027 Worship & Music Conference? Apply to lead an interest session at pam.memberclicks.net/2027_interest_session_app or contact Jaime Martinez at jam6ah@gmail.com.
Friday Concert Mic Check and Rehearsal. Each group featured in the Friday evening Closing Concert will have a brief mic check and rehearsal in Anderson Auditorium on Friday afternoon.
1:30 – 1:55 Middler Choir (the remainder of class will take place in Upper Anderson)
2:00 – 2:25 Children’s Choir (Children’s 1:30 classes release at 1:55)
2:30 – 2:55 Adult Choir
3:00 – 3:25 Senior High Choir (report to Anderson Auditorium at 2:25)
3:30 – 3:55 3:30 pm Intermediate Handbells
4:00 – 4:25 1:30 pm Advanced Handbells
4:30 – 4:55 10:00 am Intermediate Handbells
Annual Fund Offering. At tonight’s closing concert, you will have the opportunity to make a joyful gift to the PAM Annual Fund. Your gift, in partnership with the gifts of many others, helps support the planning and coordination of events such as this annual Worship & Music Conference. Your generosity also provides for the development and delivery of PAM’s membership benefits, such as regional events, Call to Worship journal, PAM Certification, Revitalization Grants, and more. Our 2026 Annual Fund goal is $XX. Make your commitment during the offering at this evening’s Closing Concert by bringing your completed 2026 commitment card (found in your conference bag) or donate online at presbymusic.org/give and follow the prompts to donate to the Annual Fund.

We can work with your church to establish an annual congregational gift.
Second Loaf. Drop off left over food and snacks at Black Mountain Presbyterian Church (117 Montreat Road) and their Second Loaf program on your way out of town tomorrow morning from 7 – 11 am. Volunteers will distribute the food throughout the area. Drop off unopened food, produce, and unopened frozen food. Individually wrapped snacks are especially welcome.
PAM Certification. If you are interested in pursuing PAM Certification and would like to meet with a Certification Committee member this week, please contact David Brinson at dbrinson@dcpc.org.

2027 Conference Lodging. It is not too early to reserve your lodging for the 2027 Worship & Music Conference. The following options are now open for reservations: (June 20-25 & June 27-July 2, 2027)

Set a reminder to check these options in August and September:
William Black Lodge will begin accepting reservations in mid-August.
South Carolina Inn will begin accepting reservations in the fall (scinnatmontreat.org).
Montreat Conference Center will begin accepting reservations on September 1st.
