"Places at the Table: Furnishings in the Liturgical Space"

Presenters: Eric Wall and Erich Thompson

Each of us in worship has a voice.  Some are more melodic or eloquent.  Others do better when using a liturgy.  But all of us are equipped to lift praises to God. And if rocks and stones can cry out praise, how much more can the furnishings and vessels of worship join in?  Fonts, tables, pulpits, crosses have voices, and each can be given messages to share.

This webinar will explore how furnishings do theological work; how design, form and function coalesce; and how furnishings breathe additional life into worship.

You can also view some of his beautiful furnishings found in sanctuaries across the Eastern United States.
