Early registration: $175 (July 17 - September 15, 2019)
On-Time Registration: $200 (September 16 - 30, 2019)
Seminarians: $90 (Early and On-Time Registration)

Conference Registration – Registration for Just Worship will continue through the first day of the conference. Staff will be present at registration table to process the on-site registrations. APTS will create name tags on-site.

Cancellation Policy – All but $75 may be refunded up to 30 days prior to the conference. There will be no refunds approved within 30 days of the conference. Requests for refunds of lodging, food, or other fees are controlled by the organizations with which these arrangements have been made. All requests must be in writing and received via email (pam@travelink.com) or U.S. Mail (Presbyterian Association of Musicians, 404 BNA Dr. Suite 650, Nashville, TN 37217).

Registration Swap Policy – There is a $25 processing fee for all manual registration swaps changing from one person to another.

Scholarships - PAM Members may apply for a scholarship for this event by clicking here.
PAM also offers an additional scholarship open to ALL. Preference will be given to students and to adults from churches with limited funds for continuing education and/or part-time staff.

Scholarship Applications are due by September 20, 2019. After that time, all applications will be reviewed and final decisions will be made. Applicants will be notified via email on or before
September 24, 2019. Applications will continue to be accepted as funds remain available.
