Registration
Ready to register for the conference? This year we have a brand new online registration system. This system requires all adults to register themselves with a unique email address. Groups may also register online - one adult leader will register and add all children, youth, chaperones, and supporting adults as guests under their registration.
Individual and Family Registration

Each adult must register individually with a unique email address. Do not add another adult registration as a guest. All adults need to register themselves with a unique email address.

Log in if you have set up your account in PAM’s new system.

If you don’t know if you have an account, enter your email address in the New Users section.

If you are in the system, you will be asked to reset your password.

If you are not in the system, please create your password.

Group Registration

Groups are encouraged to register their children, middlers, senior highs, and supporting adults as guests under the group leader’s registration.

The following registrations cannot be added as a guest:

Adult Member or Non-Member registration (all adults must register themselves).

Anyone using a discount code (scholarships, small group leaders…)

Upon registration be prepared to answer the following:
-
Class preferences (middlers and senior highs could fill out page two of the group form to assist their group leader in registering for their desired classes)

Do they want to read in worship, serve as an usher, or serve communion?

Do they plan to participate in instrumental ensembles (SH and Middlers only)?
If so, please know the instrument and level of ability/experience. -
Do they plan to register for Advanced or Intermediate Handbells (SH and Middlers only)?
If so, please know their level of ability, experience, and preferred bells. -
Grade completed in 2023 and t-shirt size, if ordering

Group Additions and Cancellations

All group additions and cancellations must be processed manually by PAM.

Please complete the Group Additions and Cancellations Form for each person.

Submit forms and payment to Presbyterian Association of Musicians:

Additions received by Jan 20 get the early rate or received by April 20 for the regular rate.

Registrations will be processed in order of receipt.
