Congregation's Expectations:    The Director of Music will be expected to help the congregation fulfill its stated vision related to worship, which is “to offer dynamic, Christ-centered worship for all ages.” The Director of Music will also need to demonstrate initiative in developing new music ministries, possess the ability to conduct vocal and instrumental groups, including handbells, and demonstrate interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of individuals (staff, volunteers, committees, planning groups). 

Additional Comments:    The Director of Music should have a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ, a genuine interest in applying principles of reformed theology in contemporary and traditional worship settings, and the capacity to work with others in planning all aspects of two traditional and one contemporary worship services.
