The purpose of music in our worship is to lead the congregation in responding to the grace, love and joy of God the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. CPC is committed to providing diverse styles of Christ-centered worship, including vocal and instrumental music. The Director of Music Ministries, working cooperatively with the Pastor(s) and other church ministries, supports the overall goals of CPC to bring creative leadership and excellence to our music program.
As a member of the leadership team, the Director of Music Ministries promotes music as an expression of our worship through exhortation, education and outreach. The Director of Music Ministries strives to glorify God while encouraging musicians to maintain this same perspective.

3. Proficiency in playing piano and organ.
4. Demonstrated ability to bring creativity and professional excellence to all musical presentations, traditional or contemporary in nature.
