Congregation's Expectations: First Presbyterian Church of Salisbury NC seeks dynamic individual to lead a talented Music Ministry Staff as Director of Music Ministry. Strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence in music are required. Must be able to create, renew and maintain an overall vision for the role of music in worship. Equip the disciples with a rich and varied repertoire of excellent congregational music. This vibrant congregation of 1000+ has 3 Sunday services (one Contemporary), a 68-voice youth program for Youth Sunday, a 65- voice children’s program, Sanctuary Choir, Chamber Ensemble, Contemporary Worship Team and Bell Choir.
