PAM has many scholarships available for summer Worship and Music conferences, and one for the PAM Professional Gathering. (Please indicate the scholarship for which this application is intended.) All scholarships cover the cost of registration for the conference. Room, board, and transportation to and from the conference is not covered and will be at the individual's expense.

Will Miller Memorial Scholarship (available to youth [rising grades 7-12] who are active
in the church's music program)    
  
PAM James Sydnor Memorial Scholarship (available to a person who is currently from a small church (250 or fewer members) or a racial ethnic minority church, and who is also a seminary student, pastor, or musician.)    
   
PAM Racial/Ethnic Heritage Scholarship (available to any person of racial/ethnic heritage. To be used for the Montreat conference.)  
   


 

PAM Scholarship (available to any adult, youth or child with financial need. To be used for the Montreat conference.)      
   


 

PAM Joseph D. Small Scholarship for Seminarians (available to a seminary student or music major undergraduate or graduate student - includes room and board in addition to registration. Only one awarded per year.)     
 


Mo-Ranch/PAM Worship & Music Conference Scholarships     
(Application due 3/15)
PAM Karmen VanDyke Scholarship (available to a person from a racial-ethnic church of 100 or fewer members located West of the Mississippi.)  
   
PAM Racial/Ethnic Heritage Scholarship (available to any person of racial/ethnic heritage. To be used for the Mo-Ranch/PAM conference.)   
   
PAM Scholarship (available to any adult, youth or child with financial need. To be used for the Mo-Ranch/PAM conference.)
    

General Conference Scholarship     (Application due 3/15)


 

PAM Robert E. Fort, Jr. Scholarship (available to any college student with financial need - To be used for any PAM conference. Only one awarded per year.)

 
 


Adult applicants:
1) Write a short essay of one or two paragraphs describing your qualifications as an applicant and why you would like to attend a PAM conference. You may either email, fax, or mail in your essay. All materials must include the name of the applicant.
 
2) Ask your pastor or music director to write a letter of recommendation on your behalf highlighting your experience and involvement in the church, your financial need, and how you and your congregation would benefit from your participation in the conference. You may either email, fax, or mail in your recommendation letter. All materials must include the name of the applicant.

Children and youth applicants:
Ask your church music director to write an evaluation statement on your behalf highlighting your musical experience and involvement in the church, how you would benefit from the conference, and their perception of your financial need.

Timeline:
Applications and letters of recommendation must be received by the stated deadline for each scholarship.
