Adult applicants:
1) Write a short essay of one or two paragraphs describing your qualifications as an applicant and why you would like to attend a PAM conference. You may either email, fax, or mail in your essay. All materials must include the name of the applicant.
2) Ask your pastor or music director to write a letter of recommendation on your behalf highlighting your experience and involvement in the church, your financial need, and how you and your congregation would benefit from your participation in the conference. You may either email, fax, or mail in your recommendation letter. All materials must include the name of the applicant.
Children and youth applicants:
Ask your church music director to write an evaluation statement on your behalf highlighting your musical experience and involvement in the church, how you would benefit from the conference, and their perception of your financial need. You may either email, fax, or mail in your recommendation letter. All materials must include the name of the applicant.
Timeline:
Applications and letters of recommendation must be received by the stated deadline for each scholarship.
