    Q. What is the difference between a Regular Membership and an Institutional Membership?

Regular Membership - This is a non transferable membership that is connected to a specific person. This means they may be certified in the areas of PAM Certification. This membership also stays with the person if they change jobs and/or churches. NOTE: Due to legal reasons, Regular Members are not able to submit job openings to our job listings. Only Institutional Members have that privilege.

Institutional Membership - Designed for churches. The mailings will always be addressed to the preferred position, instead of the person's name in that position. This means that the membership will stay with the church, regardless of who occupies the designated position. The biggest plus of the Institutional Membership is that it is the only membership classification that is allowed to advertise job positions in our job postings. They may advertise an unlimited number of positions throughout a membership year for free.

NOTE: All registered adults at our Montreat, Westminster, or PAM West conferences automatically become members of PAM for one year.
